Platform agreement
Terms
These terms set the ground rules for reviewers, businesses, and other people who use Rewiew.

Using Rewiew
You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Rewiew a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, publish, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. This licence ends when content is deleted, except for limited copies required for backups, legal obligations, or platform-integrity records.
You must have the right to submit your content and remain responsible for it. Reviews and replies are the opinions of their authors, not statements or endorsements by Rewiew.
Review integrity
Use of review, invitation, reporting, and reply features is subject to the review guidelines and moderation process. You may not buy or sell reviews, submit fake experiences, conceal material conflicts, pressure people to change honest feedback, or interfere with security and scoring systems.
Business accounts
A person claiming or managing a company profile confirms that they are authorised to act for that business. Business users must handle customer information lawfully, send invitations only to eligible recipients, and ensure that public profile claims and replies are accurate.
Plans and third-party services
Some features may require a paid plan or a third-party provider. Pricing, trial details, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at purchase form part of these terms. Third-party services can have their own terms and availability, and Rewiew is not responsible for systems it does not control.
Enforcement and ending use
We may restrict content, features, or accounts when reasonably needed to address a policy breach, security risk, legal requirement, or threat to other users. Where practical, account holders will receive notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. You can stop using the service and use available account controls to request deletion.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep Rewiew reliable and accurate, but the service is provided subject to change and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rewiew is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from user-submitted content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The revision date appears above. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.
